Kiwanis Club of Greater Modesto is a diverse, active group of community-minded citizens. Examples of on-going projects include:

Kiwanis Clubs helping kids grow Modesto & Greater Modesto Junior Miss Pageant, a scholarship program, began in 1985. We award up to $6,000 annually to high school junior women from area high schools.
Kiwanis Youth Camp is our flagship project that was established in the foothills near LaGrange in 1983 as an outdoor camping facility for youth. It is available at no charge through Stanislaus County Parks and Recreation for use by qualifying groups.
Sponsored Youth Key Club are youth groups that are part of the Kiwanis family. We sponsor Key Clubs at both Downey and Johansen High Schools. KEY stands for “Kiwanis Education Youth.”
